Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over 500 PLN. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our Milano warehouse.

  • Poland (Standard): 3-5 business days - 15 PLN
  • Poland (Express): 1-2 business days - 25 PLN
  • Europe: 3-7 business days - 10 EUR
  • International: 5-10 business days - 25 EUR

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

Returns Policy

We want you to completely love your Grazia purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email.
  4. Pack the items securely and drop off at the nearest service point.
